Instructions

Prior to the submission of abstracts for the workshop, participants must login or create an account via Registration.
Once your account is created, the menu"Submission" will become available. Then, follow the instructions to submit your presentation abstract online.
Abstracts should be submitted in English or in French. Each abstract should include a title, a list of contributors and their affiliations, and a text of no more than 500 words with maximum two figures. During submission please indicate your interest in poster or oral sessions together with your interests in participating in the OM session.
Please state your preference for an oral or poster presentation. The scientific committee reserves the right to ask that an oral presentation be changed to a poster or vice versa, to help ensure the organisation of balanced thematic sessions.
After submitting, you will receive an e-mail confirming the reception of your abstract.
